1- Travel organizer: As a Tour Manager, you must manage everything and even more: booking hotels, travel itinerary and coordinating everything so that team members are ready to get on stage on time and hour.

2 – Hospitality manager: Any request from our artists must be satisfied, whether white m & m’s or mineral water from Thailand, the requirements of our customers will all be met within competition deadlines.

3- Accountant: As a Tour Manager you manage the financial aspects of the tour. Check fees and buy out with the promoter or ensure that everything is paid and that group members have their pocket money “Per Diem” every day.

4- Technical manager: As the main guys, the tour manager is on stage on stage before & after the artist, you have to handle the hardware and software setup in order to make sure that your artist will be able to perform without any troubles.

5- Diplomat: As a Tour Manager, you must be a diplomat in all circumstances and intervene on all relational or professional aspects in relations around artists.

6-  Confident: As Tour Manager, we will be the confidants of the artists and this is precious for us. Our confidentiality policy is uncompromising with our teams.

7- Babysitter: As a tour manager, you are the handyman. Even the babysitter of musicians and team members. We come to ask you everything and we must always check that they have everything: from their passport to their instruments.
